Wilma Ruth Johnson Lee, age 90, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away July 31, 2025 at her residence in Leitchfield, Kentucky.

She was born on June 9, 1935, in Butler Co., Kentucky, the daughter of the late William Justice Johnson and Agnes Almarine Brooks Johnson, and married to the late Alvie Lee.

Along with her husband, she was owner and operator of Lee's Motel, a realtor and auctioneer for Alvie Lee Real Estate and Auction Company, and was a member of the Mill Street Church of Christ.

She is survived by two daughters, Sherry Winn of Louisville, KY, and Sheila (Gary) Steen of Zephyrhills, Florida; one son, William Chris Lee (Debbie) of Leitchfield, KY; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren. Also surviving are her brothers-in-law W. D. Anderson and Roy (Karen) Lee and several nieces and nephews. Wilma was an only child.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Alvie Lee; grandsons, Oliver Daniel Winn, and Jamie Dallas Felty; sisters-in-law Geneva Anderson, Janetta Embry, Sue Wiggins; and a brother-in-law Elmer Lee.

Funeral services will be at 12:00 p.m. Tuesday at Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Chris Lee and Joseph Cooper will be officiating. Burial will be in the Layman Memorial Cemetery.

Friends may call at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Monday and from 9:00 a.m. Tuesday until time of service.
