Obituary
Wilma Jean Rogers, age 89, of Cecilia, KY, passed away Saturday, (December 5, 2015) at her residence.
She was born on October 16, 1926 in Grayson Co., KY, the daughter of the late Hessie and Virgie Coates Sipes.
She was retired from Vermont American and was of the Baptist Faith.
She is survived by her son, Jerry Dale Rogers of Cecilia, one sister, Irene Rowe of LaGrange KY, two brothers, Wendell Sipes (Jeanette) of Frankfort KY and James Carl Sipes (Andrea) of Shepherdsville, KY.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by twin infant daughers, two sisters and one brother, Mary Jewell Hard, Doris Lee Sipes and Johnie V Sipes.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, (December 8, 2015) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Donnie Flood will be officiating. Burial will be in the Layman Memorial Cemetery.
Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Monday and from 9:00 a.m. Tuesday until time of services.
